Sheel is an Android app published by 1e6 Projects. These terms cover your use of the app. They are deliberately short, because the app does very little on your behalf: it has no account, no server and no subscription.
Sheel is a tool for planning and recording your own training. Planning, logging, the rest timer, the exercise library, the free programs and your entire training history are free to use, with no time limit and no account.
Sheel Pro is a single payment that unlocks the rest of the program library and the features that work on your behalf: unattended cloud backup, weekly scheduling, suggested sessions, automatic progression, per-exercise charts and Health Connect export. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
The purchase is made through Google Play, which handles the payment and holds the record of it. Refunds are governed by Google Play’s own refund policy and are requested through Google Play rather than from us, because we never see the transaction.
If the purchase cannot be verified on a new device, your training history is still yours: exporting a backup and importing one are free and are not gated behind Pro, permanently.
Sheel is a planner, not a coach and not a clinician. The programs it ships and the suggestions it derives from your own logged sets are general training patterns, written without having seen you train. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for it.
Decide for yourself whether a session is appropriate for you, and get advice from a doctor or a qualified professional if you are returning from injury, pregnancy or surgery, or if you have any condition that exercise could affect. Stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk.
Your training data is yours. It is stored on your device, and we have no copy and no means of obtaining one. If you connect a cloud account for backup, the file goes into your account, under your provider’s terms.

The app is provided as it is. We do not promise that it is free of defects, that it will suit a particular purpose, or that it will always be available, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from using it.
Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law, which in some countries cannot be excluded. Where those rights conflict with anything above, they win.
Keep your own backups of anything you would be sorry to lose. Uninstalling the app removes its storage, including your training history, and that cannot be undone from our side because there is no our side.
If these terms change, the date above changes with them, and the version that applies to you is the one published when you bought or last used the app.
